This is the Hurst Compitition Plus Shifter that I picked up at the show. It is over 30 years old, New, in the original box, with hardware and instructions, plus it was less than 1/2 price of one at the speed shop. I was on the lookout for an original Ford Shifter, but I found this first and could not resist picking it up. The Hurst has a nice firm and precise feel to it.
I was going to buy some new headers, but I saw these used ones for $45CDN ($30US). I will sandblast them and paint them with some high-temp paint.
Also found some reproduction front bumper brackets that I will need soon.
