Here is the almost completed engine. A carburator, ignition wires and a set of pullies and it should be ready to run. I painted the headers with some 1400 Deg. header paint, see how long this finish stays nice.

The transmission was raised up untill the rear cross-member bolted up. I hung the bellhousing from the cowl brace holes with some chain untill the engine is ready to go in. Since I am converting this from an automatic car, I need to collect all the parts for the clutch linkage. I have the equalizer bar and the release fork, but I am not sure if the pedal is corect, it may be from a 65/66 car. I am going to order all the cluch rods, springs and bushings then I will know if I have to modifiy the pedal or get a new one.
