So who am I anyways... ?

My name is Tammy Girard. I have a degree in Social Development Studies and a Diploma in Social Work from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, Earth.  My passion for this topic stemmed from my own personal struggles with dieting and body image.  The YUM! philosophy was a result of many years of growth in overcoming these struggles. I continue to share everything I have learned with others.
