Planned comprehensive organizing campaigns, elaborated strategies to achieve the union's objectives, taught union skills, wrote pamphlets and legal briefs, pleaded extensively in front of numerous labour tribunals and negotiated with employees and employers in a broad variety of circumstances and economic sectors.

Recruited members, drafted union pamphlets and assisted the union's legal advisors.
