 - deploying multiple desktops in university lab settings
 - installing servers and configuring the OS's and webservers with databases
 - troubleshooting security issues as well as network problems
 More recently I have set up VMware virtual servers - hosts and guests- with virtual networks

- avoid introducing malware to their computers when accessing the internet
- maintain security and avoiding compromising confidentiality
- use social networking sites, whether for personal use or marketing
- create their own websites at minimal cost and update them themselves
