I offer 3 Night  Packages all year . I can highly recommend Carriage rides through the Botanical Gardens , Winery Tours plus tickets to our local Theatres to enhance your visit to Niagara Falls.
My 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Suite includes sitting area with Fireplace , Tv, Vcr, Fridge, private deck and entrance . Up to 4 people can sleep comfortably on either a Queen or King/Twin bed in the privacy of their own rooms. I am able to accommodate up to 8 people when you reserve the Suite plus the Antique Double & Queen Rooms all with private bath , Air Conditioning , Ceiling Fans , Cable T.V. and no curfew .

Niagara Falls Parks Adventure Getaway Vacation Packages

The Niagara Parks trail is located right near my B&B. A One Day Pass will take you to all the Attractions at the Falls and along the Niagara Parkway. Plan to stay at least 3 nights to enjoy all that the Niagara Parks has to offer. The Adventure Pass includes tickets to Maid of the Mist, White Water Walk, Journey Behind the Falls, and the Niagara Fury. You also get Priority Timed Ticketing at Journey Behind the Falls, White Water Walk, and the Butterfly Conservatory along with all day transportation on the People Mover. Plus! Andrea's B&B is located on a Quiet Street in NIagara Falls

I established my B&B in 1987 when I moved into my 1892 Historic home in the older, quieter Downtown area of Niagara Falls. I am located one house up from the River Road between the Whirlpool and Rainbow Bridges. I am about 5 blocks from the Bus & Train Stations and a 20 minute walk to the Falls, Clifton Hill and Casino.  The Niagara Parks Trail for Biking, Hiking, Walking, Jogging is right outside my door, so you can Park your car for the Day.
