Each volunteer is entitled to an extra ballot for the draws ... the prizes are collections of handcrafted treasures! Each is also entitled to a meal provided by the exclusive food vendor on site! TTC fare will also be covered. Please help! Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Volunteers needed for the following throughout 2009: - flyer distribution (hand small flyers to individuals and/or place flyers in mailboxes) Volunteers needed at the event on Sunday Dec. 6, 2009 for the following: - 1:15 - 1:45 pm: set up (open and move tables to certain locations in the room, move chairs to tables, put up decorations) - 8:30 - 9 pm: clean up (put away tables and chairs) - 2:30 - 8:30 pm (or whatever time you can spare): photography - 2:30 - 8:30 pm (or whatever time you can spare) - raffle table, greeters (greet attendees, inform them that they can obtain a ballot from some vendors for the raffle box, point out the guestbook) If you're a high school student, signing for volunteer hours will be no problem.
