Welcome to our home away from home!

2 Dunes is comprised of four apartment-style cottages, (two - 2 bedroom end units, and two - 3 bedroom units in the middle). Each cottage has an open-concept kitchen / living area, a bathroom with a shower, and all cottages have huge picture windows which overlook the lake and beach.

Pine Haven Cottage is a 2 bedroom individual cottage, situated behind, but to the side of 2 Dunes, so that it has a lake view from its living room window. Pine Haven has a separate kitchen, a living room, and a unique exterior shower that will accommodate two adults or three children at one time.

All 2 Dunes cottages and Pine Haven are fully furnished and equipped with fridges, stoves, microwave ovens, coffee makers, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, TVs with DVD/CD/MP3 players. (If your children have Game Cube or any other type of video game system, it can be easily connected.) All cottages are serviced with municipal water and have electric heating for Spring and Fall. Each unit also has a patio with a picnic table, a gas BBQ and a firepit.

Pets are allowed, but please ensure that your pet does not disturb the other guests or litter the property. By law, dogs must be on a leash while on the beach.

There is parking for two vehicles at each cottage. We can accommodate extra vehicles, but a municipal bylaw prohibits tents or trailers on the property.

Information for 2012

Ipperwash is a beautiful beach with exceptionally shallow water. Many of our guests have been returning season after season. If you are not limited at the moment to vacations in July and August, please consider taking advantage of our off-season rates. Our returning guests are given preference, and if a July or August week comes available our guests who have booked in the off-season are given priority.
