INGRID DRESHER R.N., psychotherapist and marriage and relationship counsellor.  A seasoned and highly respected therapist known for her effectiveness with a wide range of issues, including sexual problems, sex addictions and coping with health problems, Ingrid is adept at using a number of different therapies, and is a good person to assess what type of counselling or therapy will accomplish your objectives. SHARON EARLE-MEADOWS, clinical member, OSP, former nurse, Integral Psychotherapist and marital therapist. Sharon is a seasoned, thoughtful and compassionate therapist and a former Chair of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists Ethics Committee. BRUCE KUZMOCHKA, psychotherapist and meditation teacher, informal style, reasonable fees. His practice is referral-based, so I don't think you can find him elsewhere on the web. Bruce works with adults of all ages and teenagers. He deals with stress management, relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, communication etc., with individuals and couples.  Before becoming a psychotherapist, Bruce worked with troubled young men and taught meditation. His training is in-depth, and he is both insightful and practical. When I worked with him years ago, even as a new therapist he was extremely grounded, attuned and authentic; there was never a hint of the hype or self-aggrandisement that you often see in professionals who are building a practice. She is a particularly grounded and thorough person, and is exceptionally good at making a connection, even with people who are fearful or easily intimidated. She provides psychotherapy, play therapy and/or expressive arts therapy for adults and youth with communication and emotional issues, low self-esteem, or difficulty with relationships. She also provides counselling for parents and siblings of children with learning disabilities. Her fees are very reasonable.

Susan has succeeded with a number of people who have been unable to achieve their objectives with other competent therapists. Besides the traditional therapies, Susan is trained in NLP and EMDR.
