The Long Swingarm trike was designed to mimic suspension on all three wheels. The front pivot of the swingarm is close to the cross frame. As the front wheels encounter a bump they tilt up compressing the suspension spring. The trike has a centre mid idler with eight speeds. The two chains make the trike smooth to pedal. The steering geometry (caster camber) is the same as the Beach Raider and Storm. The trike is used on a bike path with only short grades. I used 1" stainless steel tubing for the king pins. A regular stem is fixed to the king pin with a fabricated handle.
