As everyone knows, an event such as this requires a number of things, including resources. It is our hope that with the excitement of updates on planning and anticipation of seeing everyone, you will also think of the costs of hosting this Reunion.
After creating our budget for this event, we have determined the cost per person will be $25 per adult and $15 per child age 7-12. Of course we don't want to cause any financial hardship or prevent any family members from attending. If you are able to provide an in-kind donation instead or to supplement please let us know. This could be in the form of food, supplies, etc. We have set up a re-union account for direct deposit, and PayPal internet payments. Cheques can be sent and made payable to Sara Jane Swain.
Leslie and Sara can not afford to front all the costs. Please consider sending your payment or portion of ASAP. The earlier we are able to purchase our supplies the more organized our reunion will be!

- food - paper plates, napkins - rental of portable toilets - propane - supplies for games and kids activities - printing We're working on T-shirts too. Submit your ideas for a design.
