Re: Ontarians Face Hydro Shocker (July 21): When office workers wear sweaters to shield themselves from excessive air
conditioning, you just know that the retail price of electricity is too low to encourage conservation.

 

Rather than being shocked by what may happen to hydro rates come the spring, I fully expect (and hope) that the price will
rise to reflect the total, true costs of the energy we use.
