Uniforms for landfillers

Re For Dumpster Divers, Trash Talks (June 21): Vancouver's "binners", through their retrieving "trash" from dumpsters, are to be commended for reducing the environmental impact of their wasteful fellow citizens.

 

I'd far rather see uniforms assigned to those oblivious, environmentally arrogant people who can't even muster the wherewithal to separate and return refundable bottles themselves. That way, I could identify who is largely responsible for the growth in landfill sites.
