Sorry, the site has not been updated for a while. As far as I know, all of the trail information is still correct - I know that some barriers have been removed as work on the Trans Canada Trail progresses. I've updated the Links page - essentially removing a number of dead links.

I've been promising a major layout change to many of you who have been good enough to drop me a note. It's been "almost done" for a year now, but now its complete enough to post. There are still a few rough spots which I'll take care of as time allows.

I've also added info about the Woodville Spur which starts in Blackwater and runs though Sunderland and Cannington to Woodville.

The rails between Main Street Uxbridge and Durham Road 23 have been removed, making passage much easier.

Also, some minor text changes and a new link to a site that made me laugh out loud (sorry, it has nothing to do with cycling).

I've posted new information about the Peterborough to Cobourg line; essentially confirming that it no longer exists.

I've also added a couple of trail sites and a map site to the "Links" page.

Right now, nothing, except that I've added a "What's New" page. I have big plans though! I'd eventually like to have the definitive "Ontario Rail Trail Network" site.

Sadly, I don't have a lot of time these days for working on this website, but I do have some new info, thanks to contributions from a couple of visitors. I hope to have this new info incorporated into the site by the end of June -- we'll see how it goes.

I don't know how much time I'll have this summer for exploring new trails either, but I'll see what I can do. Check back from time to time and watch the site grow.
