The Software on this web page is shareware, which you may evaluate for 30 days. At the end of the thirty days you must either buy a license from Mark Hunt, or remove the Software from your computer(s) and stop using it.

The Software is owned by Mark Hunt (except where stated) and is protected by Canadian copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material. Therefore you must treat this Software “just like a book”, whereby no two persons can concurrently use a single license for the Software at the same time. This means that you can use a single license on two or more computers as long as only one person has use of the program. If installing the software on a computer network (or LAN), automated controls (software metering, or limits on the number of connections to the storage area (hard drive) where the software is stored) must be in place.
You may not charge or receive any consideration from any other person for the receipt or use of the Software without receiving Mark Hunt’s prior written consent.
If you wish to include the Software as part of a “shareware compilation”, please contact Mark Hunt for written consent.
You may not: modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
You may store one or more copies of the software offline, on secondary storage media (i.e. tape, diskette) for backup purposes.
You agree to use your best efforts to see that any user of the Software licensed hereunder complies with this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranty
This software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind.
The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective media or documentation and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if Mark Hunt has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event will Mark Hunt’s liability for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the lower of the list price or the actual price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim.
MARK HUNT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL OTHER IMPLIED TERMS ARE EXCLUDED.
Specifically, Mark Hunt makes no representation or warranty that the software or documentation are “error-free”, or meet any user’s particular standards, requirements, or needs. In all events, any implied warranty, representation, condition or other term is limited to the physical media and documentation and is limited to the 90-day duration of the limited warranty.
Mark Hunt is not responsible for, and does not make any representation, warranty, or condtion concerning product, media, software, or documentation not manufactured or supplied by Mark Hunt, such as third-parties’ programs that are designed using Mark Hunt programs or files.
Title
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with Mark Hunt, except where otherwise stated. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and by international treaties.
