These ideas are originally Tony Watson's (from his review of Star Viking
in The Dragon). I've rewritten the text to ensure no copyright violation
has occured.
Try one or more of the following:
- Give the Vikings 75 or 100 megacredits for initial builds
- Increase the Vikings' home base production to 15 or 20 megacredits.
- Increase the cost of VPs for the Federation to 5 megacredits/point.
- Lower the Federation emergency aid to 1-6 per system, or eliminate it.
Perhaps there should be a VP loss for calling for aid.
