This is in regards to the Delhi to Courtland watermain. 

I am writing to you today to thank you and to praise your production plant employees.  During the winter months of January and February we installed 14,000 metres of 300mm DR18 watermain.  The installation by two of our crews was completed in March.  Swabbing was conducted immediately following that, and within 10 days the hydrostatic pressure testing was passed.  Forty separate sections with absolutely no pressure loss in 2184 joints.  Next, a battery of 156 water samples were taken in 39 separate sections.  All bacterial tests were negative with only the last sample at the end of pipeline resulted in elevated background.  Four additional samples were taken and passed in the next two days. 

It goes without saying how well this project went and reflects the high quality of your product, materials, and people.
