I'm almost certain I saw "Conte d'Hiver" a number of
years ago at the Toronto Film Festival. It seems to have left
little impact on me.
"Conte D'Automne" is about a number of women and the
way they pursue love and friendship. They are also a fairly
skeptical and untrusting lot which makes them interesting to an
extent, but at the same time makes them difficult to identify
with. And so, while the film was evidently well made, it just
wasn't my thing.
