For Latin-Ballroom, Cardio Salsa, Swing-Hustle and Salsa-Nightclub group classes, the cancellation policy is as such:
Why is the policy so strict? First of all most dance studios never give a refund. Secondly all our classes get full 2-3 weeks before the start of class.
There are no refunds/credits for missed group classes or if you wish to drop out of a class.
Wedding dance lessons are private lessons. Once you've booked a private lesson, you must cancel by 2:00pm two business days before your lesson to avoid a cancellation charge. For example, if you lesson is booked on Sat, you must cancel by Thurs 2pm. If you cancel after the time limit or don't show up, you must pay a $25 cancellation charge. Even if you booked a lesson for the next day, it is too late to cancel so you are obligated to show up or pay $25.
Because of this policy, you must pay an additional $25 that will be used as credit toward your next/final lesson. If you decide not to continue with additional lessons, that $25 will be returned to you.
A private lesson is for an individual or a couple to get dance instruction on a specific dance or dances. The have the flexibility of being booked whenever you are available (group classes are weekly at the same day and time). Semi-private means a small group but more than 2 people with the flexibility of private lessons.
Some people incorrectly spell wedding as weeding.
