| V | Treasurer's Report Harold distributed his Balance Sheet and pointed out the Branch's donations to the Clan Centre and to the MacMillan Cancer Fund (50 and 122 Pounds Sterling). Acceptance moved by Bill MacMillan, seconder Susan Drinkwater, carried. |

| IX | Events Planning
1) Glengarry Highland Games - Maxville: Volunteer assistance at the Clan MacMillan table will be needed. Please contact the secretary, Jerry Stubbings, if you can offer some time on Saturday, August 5, to meet and greet visitors. (613) 830-4769 2) Fergus Games: At the October 2005 meeting, it was agreed that if "a request were to come from a formative MacMillan group from the Fergus area, we would be very willing to provide all possible assistance". To date we have received no indication of any new branch being formed. From the Glengarry & Ottawa Valley perspective, the consensus was that our aims would be well-served in supporting the Veterans Memorial Highland Games in Spencerville. |
