| IV | Business arising from last meeting - The $100 donation to Clan Centre International was sent December 20, 2004. (45 pounds - $107.03) Clan Chief George MacMillan personally acknowledged the branch's contribution in a letter to Harold. |

| V | Treasurer's Report - Harold MacMillan distributed printed copies of the current
balance sheet. Commemorative 2002 Poster sales strategies were discussed - Maxville, London and Fergus events coming up. Harold moved acceptance, seconded by Susan Drinkwater, approved. |

| VI | Glengarry Highland Games Report - Wm J. MacMillan Nothing new to report since the previous Branch meeting report. Report acceptance moved by Bill, seconded by Carol MacMillan, approved. |

| VII | Correspondence/Communication Report - Jerry Stubbings E-mail correspondence was reviewed and discussed. Some non-valid addresses were noted among former "News" recipients. Website link-exchange policy favouring only non-commercial and/or sites of branch interest was supported by the meeting. Dues for the North America Clan MacMillan Society appear to be set at $15.00 cdn (includes a subscription to the North America Society Newsletter). Acceptance moved by Jerry, seconded by Anne Neuman, approved. |

| VIII | Book Committee Report - Harold MacMillan Harold's plan, to list the materials in family groups (ie Corribuie line, etc.) and file numbers, has now reached a half-way point. Discussion took place regarding a realistic publication process for the resulting compilation - possibly as a spiral-bound enhanced finding aid. Harold moved acceptance, seconded by George McMillan, approved. |

| IX | Executive Offices - vice president office vacancy: Nominations were called by Wm. J. MacMillan. Anne Neuman was nominated by Jerry Stubbings and seconded by Susan Drinkwater. Anne accepted the nomination on condition that she would hold office until the fall general meeting. With no further nominations forthcoming, nominations were closed and Anne was named vice president by acclamation. |

| X | Events Planning:
1) Glengarry Highland Games 2005 - Maxville: Provided that Colin Heath can attend, the clan table and displays will be set up. Susan Drinkwater and Jerry Stubbings will be at the games but will not be available for full shifts. George and Joyce McMillan also may be able to help at the table. Kit shop merchandise may not be offered to the usual extent, depending on Bill and Carol's availability. Anyone sporting a bit of MacMillan tartan is invited to join the MacMillan delegation in the "Parade of the Clans". Form up at the clan table shortly before noon on Saturday. 2) 2005 North America Clan MacMillan Gathering 2005:
- Fergus Games: branch table setup and personnel are yet to be determined. |
