X Events Planning:
1) Glengarry Highland Games 2005 - Maxville:
Provided that Colin Heath can attend, the clan table and displays will be set up. Susan Drinkwater and Jerry Stubbings will be at the games but will not be available for full shifts. George and Joyce McMillan also may be able to help at the table. Kit shop merchandise may not be offered to the usual extent, depending on Bill and Carol's availability.
Anyone sporting a bit of MacMillan tartan is invited to join the MacMillan delegation in the "Parade of the Clans". Form up at the clan table shortly before noon on Saturday.

2) 2005 North America Clan MacMillan Gathering 2005:
Duncan McMillan, North America president, expects to set up a common room to house all branch and vendor displays at the Gathering.

- Fergus Games: branch table setup and personnel are yet to be determined.
Susan and Jerry will only be available for a limited time. Volunteers are urged to notify branch executive if they can provide a period of time, on the Saturday of the games, to assist in meeting and greeting visitors to the table.
The Fergus Games grounds are well laid out with the clans in individual games-supplied marquees located in a quiet but very accessible location.
