| IV | Business arising from last meeting: Under Item IV, the Day-Tour in cooperation with the Glengarry Pioneer Museum did proceed quite successfully. Acceptance moved by Jerry Stubbings, seconded by Susan Drinkwater, carried. |

| V | Treasurer's Report: Harold MacMillan distributed copies of the current Balance Sheet. The Book Account, now holds a $3000 GIC and has a total balance of $3028.61. Report acceptance moved by Harold, seconded by Anne Neuman, carried. |

| VI | Glengarry Highland Games Report: Table attendance was very good and the assistance of Ernie MacMillan and Carlyle MacMillan has been acknowledged with a letter of thanks from the president, Wm J. MacMillan. George McMillan and Shona MacMillan, daughter of Carol and Wm. J. also assisted at the table. Anne Neuman, President of North America Clan MacMillan, and her sister Margaret Taylor presented a display showing some of the historic sites of the venue for the 2010 North America MacMillan Clan Gathering in Kingston, Ontario. Our representation in the Parade of the Clans was significant as usual with a good-sized troup of MacMillans. A motion that the branch provide assistance to Harold in his database organization procedures was put forward. Moved by Anne Neuman, seconded by George McMillan, approved. | IX | Events Planning: Glengarry Highland Games: William J. and Carol MacMillan will likely be on the scene and other volunteer assistance at the MacMillan Clan table will be solicited. Historic Sites Tour: Harold MacMillan is already involved in planning a 2010 tour. More information will be made available about tour stops and dates as plans progress. | X | New Business: Susan Drinkwater moved that a £100 donation be made in support of Project MAOL. Seconded by Colin Heath, the motion was approved. Anne Neuman moved that the branch make a £100 donation to the Clan Centre. Seconded by Margaret Taylor, the motion was approved. |

| XI | Election of Officers: Susan Drinkwater outlined the rules of procedure, and chaired the election process. President: Anne Neuman, nominated by Harold MacMillan, seconded by William J.
