I argue the following facts :

First and foremost, seeing as my children have been granted Convention Refugee status here, it is not in their best interest to be removed from Canada - this is where they are safe.

Secondly, it is not in the best interest of the children to be separated from their only parent - their mother.

Lastly, it was never taken into account in any of the decisions made with regards to my refugee status here in Canada, the fact that I am the mother of a Canadian citizen."
