 | Prices • $19/half hour • $38/hour Policies • 4 post-dated cheques for the 1st of each month are required when the student is registered. Each cheque will be for 3-5 lessons depending on the month (you'll receive an email detailing the price per month for that quarter). • 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, otherwise you are charged for that missed lesson. Exceptions are made in some circumstances. • 4 make-ups are allowed per school year (Sept.-June), not including teacher absence. Credit is not given in place of make ups. • Lengthy absences of 2 weeks or more may be given credit if make-up lessons are not possible. However, two weeks notice is required. • Withdrawal: two weeks advance notice is required. Students must finish the month they paid for. Students are considered to be continuing lessons if no notice is provided. Students will be held accountable for the lesson fees incurred. • Students are charged for the time slot they hold, not the number of lessons they attend. | ||||||||||||||||||||
