Hardware Required:
1-8 foot length of 6” PVC Pipe
(White)
2-6” PVC Screw Caps
PVC Cement/Solvent
1” 3/8 Stainless Steel Stove Bolts
3/8 Stainless Steel Lock Washers
Stainless Steel Licence Plate

Steps to Follow:
Cut PVC Pipe to proper length
(width of popup);
Using PVC glue/solvent, attached
the caps to each end;
Remove the spare tire and licence
plate from trailer;
Drill on 3/8 hole in the top of
each bumper support;
Drill corresponding holes on the
bottom of the PVC pipe (drill the bumper holes first and use a pencil to
mark the PVC pipe from underneath)
Using 1” 3/8 stainless steel stove
bolts and lock washers, attach the PVC pipe to the trailer support. (Stove
bolts allow the square part of the bolt to grip the interior of the PVC
pipe)
Mount new licence plate bracket to
the PVC pipe and attached the spare tire.
