2-6” PVC Screw Caps

PVC Cement/Solvent

1” 3/8 Stainless Steel Stove Bolts

3/8 Stainless Steel Lock Washers

Drill on 3/8 hole in the top of each bumper support;

Drill corresponding holes on the bottom of the PVC pipe (drill the bumper holes first and use a pencil to mark the PVC pipe from underneath)

Using 1” 3/8 stainless steel stove bolts and lock washers, attach the PVC pipe to the trailer support. (Stove bolts allow the square part of the bolt to grip the interior of the PVC pipe)

Mount new licence plate bracket to the PVC pipe and attached the spare tire.
