LOCAL EVENTS [ Silent Yoga and Meditation Weekend ] New in 2010... local yoga retreats in Ontario! Many of you asked about it and here it is. This year I am offering a Summer and Fall retreat, which I am hoping to repeat next year. These local retreats are held on a weekend, from Friday late afternoon to Sunday early afternoon, and will allow you to not only recharge and unwind but also to reconnect with Mother Nature.
PAST INTERNATIONAL TRIPS [ NEW-Peru ] [ Japan ] [ Bali ] My keen interest in energy, healing and different cultures led me to travel to many countries around the world. One of my dearest desires is to have people experience energy in specific energy places on the globe. As such, a few years ago I put together my very first holistic trip to Bali, Indonesia, and have been taking groups there on cultural and spiritual trips ever since. In addition to Bali, I offer Peru and Japan as holistic destinations. I hope you will join me on one of these trips!
