Drumlin is located just north of Highway 403 in the northeast area of Brantford.
From either east or west, you take the 403 to the Garden Avenue exit.  Go north on Garden Avenue, following the road around to the west where it enters the city and changes into Lynden Road (Do not take the right turn back toward the east).  Continue along Lynden Road until you reach a 4-way intersection with traffic lights.  Turn right (north) at the lights onto Brantwood Park Road.  The first stop sign you come to is Sympatica Crescent.  Turn left onto Sympatica Crescent and follow it until the road starts to curve.  Turn left onto Bonheur Court and then turn right into the co-op.
If you are entering Brantford via Highway 24 from Cambridge, follow Highway 24 (which is King George Road inside the city limits) to Dunsdon Street.  Turn left on Dunsdon Street and follow it for some distance until you reach a T-intersection.  You will go through five sets of traffic lights, and Dunsdon Street ends at the T-intersection.  Turn right at the T-intersection onto Brantwood Park Road.  Follow Brantwood Park Road until you reach Sympatica Crescent on your right.  Turn right onto Sympatica Crescent and follow it until the road starts to curve.  Turn right into the co-op.

Map of the Co-operative

Drumlin Co-operative is ideally located on two bus routes, which provide transportation to the city's two major shopping malls as well as connecting with bus routes to other areas of the city. If you prefer, we are within walking distance of strip malls, banks, car lots and one of the major malls as well. We are also only minutes from Highway 403 (via Lynden Road and Garden Avenue).

We are just across the park from a school, which boasts both a public and a separate school as well as a community centre on its premises. This means that your children won't have to cross the street to get to school! They can take the path leading right from the Co-operative to the schools.

The Co-operative offers on-site laundry facilities with two washers and two dryers at $1.25 per load. Landscaping equipment is available for member use, including lawnmowers, weedeaters, rakes, shovels, etc.

Our community centre, which provides a comfortable place for committee meetings, members' meetings and social activities, is also available for members to rent. You can rent the community centre for family gatherings, etc. for only $25.00 per day (a $100.00 refundable damage deposit is also required). This helps to provide members with that extra space that is sometimes needed for larger get-togethers.

We have two playground areas at the co-op, located on either side of the community centre. One has a toddler playground with slide and rock climbing tunnel, the other has swings and a larger playground for children 5-12, including a rock climbing wall and twirly slide. In addition, this area of Brantford also has many municipal parks, including the Jaycees Sports Park.

It is a wonderful area of the city to live in because you are close enough to get anywhere else in the city easily, yet out of the main areas of congestion. Shopping, schools, buses, banks, restaurants and other entertainment facilities are only minutes away.
