Easily, one of the most scenic golf courses you will ever play.  Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding hills from every tee, fairway and green.  Enjoy the wildlife as you make your way around our natural and unspoiled 9 holes.  We have left much of the wetland and out of play areas in their original state to allow the native flora and fauna to flourish.  This means that as you play your round you may be joined by any number of local animal residents such as beaver, turtles, blue herons, ducks, geese, snowshoe hares, killdeer, kingfishers, fox and of course loons.  We have even spotted the odd deer and moose and as a special treat you may get to watch the local Osprey fishing in the bay off the second fairway.    

Cedar Meadow Golf was built in 1995, and adjoins Elephant Lake Lodge near the town of Harcourt.  This 9 hole, par 34 course follows Elephant Lake’s  natural shoreline and care was taken during construction to leave as much of the native wetland undisturbed as possible.  The result has been spectacular scenery from every hole. 

The course is compact and has few hills, but don’t let appearances deceive you.  Incorporating the natural ponds, peat bogs, marsh and Elephant Lake, of course, has ensured that Cedar Meadow Golf provides a challenge for the experienced golfer, while still just right for the novice.
