For us, a pleasant atmosphere with cozy rooms is the most important thing. There
are no noisy nightclubs, discos or casinos around the house. The front
view is the historic Nativité-de-la-Sainte-Vierge
Church (Nativity of the Virgin) with giant maple trees on the
sidewalk. However, there are plenty in the neighbourhood. We are right in the beginning of the
Promenade Ontario, so depanneur-grocery store, banks, restaurants, hair
saloon, gift stores, library....etc. are just around the corner of street.
Our house is like
peaceful oasis at the centre of all that is going on.

You are only minutes away from all the city's major attractions: the convention centers, embassies, Latin Quarter, Old Montreal, Old Port, the Molson centre, Olympic Stadium, Botanical garden, Biodome, Insectarium, Maisonneuve park, Maurice-Richard Arena, museums, underground shopping, Casino....etc. Montreal is remarkable for its cycling paths. You can stroll to Old Montreal in about 30 minutes. Ideal for bicycling, walking, jogging or rollerblading while enjoying the view of Montreal and the St. Lawrence River. Located just 2 minutes from your room, you will also find FREE indoor swimming pool and parks. Walking distance to see summer theatres and international fireworks. 10 minutes by car to the Golf "Le Village" ( 9 hole normal 3). In one word, there are plenty in the neighbourhood!

tasteful decor. Natural wooden wall and furniture with comfortable
carpet/wooden floor. Each room is also tastefully decorated. Fully equipped kitchenette and dinning area. Kitchenware
included refrigerator, microwave, stove, baker, toaster, cutlery, dishes,
pots....etc.

Moreover, we believe the security is the number one concern from you. Therefore, our house is protected by the Protectron security system and all rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. You will find your stays more freely than other places!
