D.A.R.T.S. was founded by Joel Cooper in 1986. After having owned 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger 340's for many years he realized the need to communicate with other owners of hi-performance Darts. His "Scat Chat" quarterly newsletter features free ads for members, swapmeet and car show info, and any other useful information concerning these vintage automobiles. D.A.R.T.S. is a registry for 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger 340's as well as any other hi-performance Darts.
