GLASSFORD - Lorne R. Passed away suddenly on September 22, 1997 while on vacation in Fort William, Scotland. He was 72 years of age. He is survived by his wife, Winifred; daughter, Marilyn; son-in-law, Gregory Mack; three grandchildren; three nephews and two nieces. Lorne was born in Victoria, B.C. and lived there until 1965 when his company transferred him to Prince George. He was a member of the R.C.A.F. during the second world war. Hee travelled extensively throughout northern B.C. and Yukon during his years with Bapco Paint. He was involved in a number of community organizations including the Prince George Rotary Club, the Prince George Symphony Orchestra, Caledonia Ramblers, the Sons of Norway Ski Club and the Community Orchestra.spouse: >Winifred, (*1926 - )
