After verbs, the second most important construction in French is the replacement of direct and indirect objects by pronouns. This is a particularly difficult construction for anglophones to learn because of the difference in word order between the two languages, and because of the agreement of the past participle, which does not occur in English.
I have two lessons with LOTS of exercises for direct and indirect objects. The lessons are good review for immersion at any time, and because of the importance of the construction, I have also written them for core. These lessons are based partly on vocabulary in the grade nine immersion course. Such vocabulary is explained in the right hand margin to help those who are not familiar with it. There are answer pages for each lesson.
If you order the whole grade nine (first secondary level) grammar course for immersion, you will also have these lessons. They are full of exercises, and each has a review at the end, based on a Disney film: direct objects: - Cinderella and indirect objects: - The Jungle Book.
