Computer Training

Software Training
I provide computer training for the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, FrontPage, Paint Shop, PhotoDraw, FTP, UPS Connect and QuickBooks Pro.

Website Training
I provide website training for clients who want to update their websites themselves.  This service is free with every web design package.  You will receive 2 hours of "Hands-on Training" for your staff, as well as a customized Training Guide.  The Guide includes step by step instructions, along with screen shot images.  My contact information will be included in the guide for ongoing email and/or telephone support.

Are you looking for a specific Item, but having no luck in finding one?  I can locate almost anything from antique vases to old books to paintings.  I will use my research skills and resources in efforts to locate your Item.

Book Hunter
I provide a service to avid readers and book collectors.  I hunt down the best buys at the bookshops on the Internet and get my clients the best price I can find.

Author's Assistant
There are writers out there who still compose with a yellow legal pad and pen.  They need to put their writings into a form acceptable to publishers.  Publishers usually require typewritten manuscripts as well as a copy on disk.  In addition to typing services, I also offer spelling and formatting checks.   

Genealogy Research
People are passionate about discovering their family histories.  There are many resources I can search for to locate family information. 

Justice Letters
In most cases, my clients are looking for justice from a business wrongdoing.  I interview them, have them provide me with copies of any paperwork, letters, invoices, etc. and the name and address of the offender.  I write the offender in the client's name.  Once the letter is completed, the client can review it and mail it by registered mail or courier.
