The Amberola B1

Back to the Edison phonographs

In November 1911, the Edison company issued their second inside horn cylinder machine, the Amberola B1.  This second machine, like all the other ones, till the Amberola 80 issued in December 1928, is only a 4M machine, using a reproducer Model L for the 4M wax Amberol cylinders.  It is here shown with a copy of the rare recorder attachment.
