Introduced in June 1915.  Same mechanism than the model 50, this one was housed into an upright cabinet with a front door with "fleur de lys" button" giving access to 3 drawers.

From the Edison Phonograph Monthly of August 1916 and in 1918, the price was $100.00 (same remark than for Models 30 and 50).
