Introduced in 1907 with a "spectacle" type recorder and reproducer device as the first electric Edison phonograph of 1888.  The lid is fixed to the cabinet by hinges.   The aluminum recording horn, stamped "Edison" is quite hard to find.   The horn support and its own support are imagined reproductions to fit the 3 holes existing in the front of the cabinet and the fact that the horn has nothing to hang with.   It uses the 6" long "Ediphone" wax cylinders.
