Made by the "Librairie des Chansons illustrées" (Library of the Illustrated Songs), this phonograph has a base made of cheap wood covered by a dark red paper.  As shown below, the machine was presented in a special carrying case looking like the Pathe "Necessaires" or the Lioret No 2 one.  Notice the flat ON-OFF lever.
