As Pathe and many other companies in France, Paillard in Switzerland copied the Graphophone Columbia "Eagle" Type B which makes it the most copied of the cylinder machines.  In addition to the decal which gives doubtless his origine, the round under wooden legs of this machine are typical with Paillard.
