This Puck type cylinder phonograph is one of the very few to be found with a colored base. Most of the time, it is or nickled or black or gold painted. The horn support has a tension spring to put more pressure between the stylus and the cylinder to have a louder reproduction. The horn is very similar to the one below.
The 1911 Georges Carette & Co, Nuremberg catalog shows a (never seen) version to record with a feed screw.
