This machine was made by Ullman. It can be easilly recognized by the French ivory belt cover and a swan trade mark. It has a special Combret horn & reproducer mounted on a Pathe "Verite" (Orpheus) type horn support. Even if the motor is outside (very close to the Columbia Eagle), the cabinet, with cover, can be open to put the accessories inside. I use to call it my "double deck" phonograph.
