Issued in 1911 by the International Phonograph Co. of Newark, N.J..  Like many French machines, the works are reversible in the cabinet and stored upside-down.  Like the Edison Amberola 1A of 1909 and the Opera of 1911, it has a stationary reproducer and moving mandrel, with the exception that only this one is removable to be stored inside of the cabinet.  The name Wisard is a wink to the Edison's nickname: the Wisard of Menlo Park.

Any original documentation showing the machine would be appreciated.  Please, contact Me
