This was never a daily driver and was always meticulously maintained and cared for. Always sheltered when not in use plus winter stored in a heated secure storage facility. The car was always stored before local roads were salted in the Fall and not taken out until road salt and gravel was washed away in the Spring. Rarely even driven in the rain (except when caught off guard and then taken home immediately and cleaned). Never tracked, this was more of a "show" car for cruising on sunny days and I enjoyed enhancing its looks and performance features. I spent countless hours detailing this car.
This car gets lots of attention and lots of compliments from all sorts of pedestrians and drivers when cruising. I have strived to keep the car looking subtle and tasteful. It looks "stock" yet much better and more aggressive than "stock". The car is simply gorgeous and the performance is incredible. The exhaust note is perfect. It really has to be seen, driven and heard to be appreciated.
All of the significant original components are available. The stock suspension, exhaust and roll hoops for example, are in mint condition. All significant modifications were done by reputable BMW mechanics. The tires have tons of life left.
I am selling this as I no longer have the time to maintain a "show car" yet refuse to abuse it after all the work and care I put into it. I also have a young son who cannot ride with me in it due to the passenger side airbag as well as a significant other which makes 3 passengers anyway (one seat short)! Therefore it is not being used enough to justify keeping it.
