Hello... My name is James M. Montagnes and I live in Toronto, Ontario.
I am a Consultant in Reality Therapy and Choice Theory, a senior faculty of the William Glasser Institute. Since the late 1960's I have worked and learned with my mentor Dr. William Glasser. Over the years I have trained many hundreds of people in Dr.Glasser's approach called Reality Therapy and his philosophy called Choice Theory. For the past ten years I have worked a great deal in the educational field helping school sytems to understand and utilize these ideas to become "Glasser Quality Schools".
