p.279     The first medical men we can be sure were permanent residents would be three who are spoken of in a survey for altering the roads in the town in 1780.  Their names are King Brown, Rowe and Dodd.
p.825     ....... A Dr. Rowe had his house in the area in the late 1700's.

p.910     Many famous planters lived in the locale in the late 1700's including .... D'Ewes Coke,....... Dr. Rowe, ......

p.238     In May 1816, William B. Row, an estate agent and fisheries supply merchant, who lived on the road to Pringle's Bridge, moved his business to new premises.

p.240     In the spring of 1817 they took over the store of Wm.B. Row, to stage some plays and raise money for charity.

p.458     On March 19, 1844 Wm. B. Row proposed "an Act to authorize the raising by loan of a sum of money for the erection of a Colonial House."

p.573     The barrister's Roll, commenced in 1826, contains the following names as having been enrolled that first year: .........., Wm.B. Row, ......
