ROW, Hon. T.R.: Started in business in Port de Grave but later removed to St. John's where he became one of the partners in the firm of Stabb, Row & Holmwood; member of the first Legislative Council under Responsible Government 1855; died at London, Oct 14, 1892, age 81 years.
 
 

ROW, Hon. W.B.: admitted to bar 1834; elected MHA for Trinity district 1834, and for Fortune District 1837; solicitor general, 1841; appointed to Legislative Council 1841; died at Taunton, England, July 29, 1865, aged 78 years.
