Born: August 15, 1870, at Heart's Content NF, son of James and Marie (Hopkins) Rowe.
Educated: Public School, Heart's Content, NF.

Left Newfoundland in 1892.  Worked in morocco business for some time, then entered into boot manufacturing.
In 1907 entered employ of present firm, and was later appointed to present position.

Married: first, in 1893, to Miss Jennie Hussey, and again in 1919 to Miss Ethel E. Bennett.
Children: three sons.
Society: Oddfellows.
Recreations: Shooting and fishing.
Religion: Anglican.
Politics: Republican.
Residence: 371 Boston St., Lynn, Mass.

Rector, Bay Roberts. Born July 30, 1893, at Heart's Content, son of William Thomas and Mary Rowe.

Educated: Heart's Content, Bishop Feild College and Queen's College, St. John's

Ordained deacon at Portugal Cove october 27, 1918 and priest at Heart's Content Nov.30, 1919
by the Lord Bishop of NF.

Served at Smith's Sound Mission 1918-1926; appointed to Bay Roberts, 1926

Married: 1920 to E.Charlotte Pittman, daughter of Rev. A. and Mrs.Pittman, Topsail.
Children:Barbara, William and Arthur Michael.
