Join other young athletes from Montreal, Quebec and become one of hundreds playing junior club rugby!

Are you looking for a sport to play that is fun, will improve your health and fitness, provide fair and equal competition, generate new friends and develop unique skills? Then junior club rugby is the game to play.

Junior rugby is a fast-paced, safe and exciting sport. It is a competitive (physical or non-physical depending on age) game that requires tremendous commitment and enthusiasm. It is exciting and exhilarating for both the particpant and the spectator, providing enjoyment for all concerned.

Junior training times and locations will be announced shortly. In the past they have been at Westwood Park • Rue Thornton • Dollard-Des-Ormeaux on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Planned activities include basic skill development, principles and systems of play, competitive game situations, conditionning and much, much more.

Junior rugby games will be played from mid-June until mid-August.
