The Waba
Cottage Museum
is located on the north shore
of White Lake, on the outskirts of the village of White Lake. The
museum displays of authentic belongings
of Archibald
McNab, the
founder of McNab Township, and his family. The original McNab
home was destroyed in 1936 but its
remains have been faithfully restored on the original foundation.
As well, there is an old log schoolhouse, which was built in 1878, and
a church,
which was originally built in the village of White Lake for the
temperance society.
