3 years ago this journal published a paper showing that system's parameters evolve along a stepwise S-curve rather than along a normal S-curve. A few days ago the site published a paper titled "Advancement of Technical Systems" by A. Kinin, V. Lenyashin, and N. Feigenson, in which they made the following assertion:

If something deserves to be done it has to be done well, even plagiarizing somebody else's ideas. But Kinin, Lenyashin and Feigenson are probably unaware of this rule. They borrowed just half-result. The full result was that the graph of dependency of system's characteristics on time is a superposition of a stepwise S-curve and a random process.

They might be TRIZ-masters but definitely not masters of thought.
