King Pedro

Welcome to my King Pedro web page. King Pedro, or King Pede for short, is a partnership card game for 4 players. I learned it from my Grandparents at an early age, and have been enjoying it for many years since. I tried to find a computer version of this game, but when I simply could'nt find one anywhere, I decided to write my own. Finally, I have finished it and would like to invite you to try it out. You can download a shareware version below.

Register your copy of King Pedro

I will let you download my game for free to evaluate for a period of 30 days. If, after that time, you wish to keep it, all I ask is a small registration fee of $10.00 Canadian, or $7.00 US.

By registering, you will have access to some extra features, such as color options, deck options, game and hand loading and saving, and even some rule options. You will also have the peace of mind that comes from supporting the "ShareWare" concept, ie. "Try before you buy."

Installation Instructions

The Hardware and Software requirements for King Pedro are:
- Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher.
- a mouse.

To Install, first download the self-extracting EXE file: KPEDE.EXE. Then, run it from within Windows. It will prompt you for a directory in which to place the following 3 files:

      README.TXT         General info and instructions.
      KINGPEDE.EXE      Executable King Pedro game.
      KINGPEDE.HLP      Help file for King Pedro.
